Storage
Cloud storage for your generated images with access through our web interface and API.
Support
Customer support via email, documentation, and community resources. Priority support is available for Business and Enterprise plans.
We continuously improve our service and may add, modify, or remove features at our discretion. We will make reasonable efforts to notify users of significant changes.
User Accounts
**Account Creation**: You must create an account to use most features of Rsstadar Vision. You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration.
Account Security
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
Age Requirements
You must be at least 13 years old to use Rsstadar Vision. Users between 13 and 18 must have parental or guardian consent.
Account Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or for any other reason at our discretion.
Data Upon Termination
Upon account termination, you have 30 days to download your generated images before they are permanently deleted.
Acceptable Use Policy

Generate Illegal Content
Create images depicting illegal activities, child exploitation, or other illegal content.
Infringe Rights
Generate images that infringe copyrights, trademarks, or other intellectual property rights.
Harmful Content
Create content that is defamatory, hateful, violent, or promotes discrimination or harm.
Misleading Content
Generate deepfakes or other deceptive media intended to mislead or harm others.
Abuse the Service
Attempt to circumvent usage limits, access others' accounts, or interfere with the platform's operation.
Scraping
Use automated means to access, scrape, or collect data from our platform without permission.
Violation of this policy may result in immediate account suspension or termination without refund.
Intellectual Property Rights
**Your Content**: You retain ownership of the prompts you submit and the images you generate using Rsstadar Vision.
License to Use
For users with commercial usage rights (paid plans), you may use generated images for commercial purposes including marketing, products, and client work.
Free Tier Limitations
Free tier users may only use generated images for personal, non-commercial purposes.
Platform Rights
Rsstadar Private Limited retains all rights to the platform, AI models, infrastructure, and technology. You may not reverse engineer, copy, or create derivative works of our service.
Training Data
We do not use your prompts or generated images to train our AI models unless you explicitly opt-in to our model improvement program.
Trademark
"Rsstadar Vision" and associated logos are trademarks of Rsstadar Private Limited and may not be used without permission.
Payment Terms
**Subscription Plans**: Paid plans are billed monthly or annually as selected. All prices are in USD unless otherwise specified.
Payment Processing
Payments are processed by secure third-party payment processors. We do not store your full payment card details.
Refund Policy
Subscriptions are non-refundable except as required by law or at our discretion for service issues.
Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
Usage Limits
Each plan includes specific generation limits. Exceeding limits may result in additional charges or throttling.
Price Changes
We may change pricing with 30 days notice. Existing subscribers continue at their current rate until renewal.
Taxes
Prices do not include applicable taxes, which are your responsibility.
Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability
**Service Availability**: We strive for 99.99% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance will be announced in advance.
AI Limitations
AI-generated images may contain inaccuracies, artifacts, or unexpected results. We do not guarantee specific outcomes.
No Warranties
The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
Limitation of Liability
Rsstadar Private Limited's total liability for any claims arising from the service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months prior to the claim.
Consequential Damages
We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.
Force Majeure
We are not liable for failures or delays caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
Governing Law & Disputes
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of Rsstadar Vision shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Mumbai, India.
